Ramesh Rao Aluggel is a seasoned automotive professional currently serving as the General Manager at Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. (TKM) in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Mr. Aluggel's career at TKM began in 1998 as a Quality Control Engineer. Over the years, he has progressed through several key positions, including:

Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (2000–2007): Focused on maintaining and enhancing product quality standards.

Deputy General Manager – Quality Assurance (2008–2012): Led initiatives to ensure consistent quality across manufacturing processes.
